How big a difference will it take home.?

After a sleep study monday night ,it be determined that I have obstructive sleep apnea. In a one hour time of year I had 117 episoids. I be givin a cpap machine today and be wondering for those of you who have have sever apnea who have tried the cpap how much of a difference have it made in how you quality and what were your symptoms prior to the cpap and how are they presently. Thanks! How big a difference will it take home.?
almost everyone gets some benefit from the cpap apparatus. the only give somebody the third degree is whether the patient will tolerate it. some populace find it difficult to sleep with the shroud on and the noise can also sometimes be for a moment distracting.
something which also almost always help sleep apnea is weight loss- try that first since anything else.
My father was diagnosed near obstructive sleep apnea. He was given a breathing apparatus as well. When he uses it he sleeps greatly well and snores significantly smaller number. However, getting him to use it is another story. One of the complaints he has, is it cause a lot of sinus drainage and he wake up with a sore throat.
