Has any cure nonetheless be found for genetic diseases such as haemophilia, thallasemia etc.?
There are some approaches to cure, such as, gene therapy. But mostly, all we can do presently is supportive treatment, such as, blood transfusion coupled with iron chelates. Another opening is to prevent by screening for suspected gene before nuptials.

Although genetic diseases remain a major raison d`¨otre of disorders all over the world, in attendance is still not cure for it. There are treatments available for them to make the diseased person's enthusiasm better but no perfect cure. It should be adjectives why this is a difficult set of diseases to cure, as first, not only do scientists own to identify where and which gene is cause the problem, secondly they must find a way to modify that gene within such a way that it does dutiful rather than impair, thirdly they would have to fine-tuning that gene in adjectives the cells that are artificial.
The future: ably in the adjectives it is expected that scientists will detect genetic diseases in the cell of the foetus since it is born, thereby allowing a change surrounded by a fewer number of cell which can be done. Unfortunately not many trials are conducted for such a psychoanalysis to come up simply because, no one want's to risk their child's enthusiasm.
