Make sure you can speak English capably. I read First Aid Step 2 CS the week before I took the interview. I highly recommend it. It will not really coach you more than what you already know, but it will let you know the details you involve to pay attention to.
Don't forget to bathe your hands beforehand doing each exam.
If you hold done well contained by medical school, CS will be fine.
