Heart rate increase quickly following heart transplant?

During a heart transplant, the ANS nerves to the heart are cut. After the heart is implanted, why is there a superior than normal heart rate?Heart rate increase quickly following heart transplant?
Because the implanted heart is not man innervated by the vagus nerve. This rudeness sends signals to slow the heart down. So without vagal input, your basal heart rate will tend to be faster.
